NAMA :M.KELVIN RIZKY A ABSEN/KELAS : 23/XII MIPA8 LEMONGRASS GINGER DRINK Ingredients : • f resh ginger 65 gr • 3 fresh lemongrass (crushed) • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar • 60 grams of brown sugar (finely combed) • enough water How to make : 1. Peel the ginger skin and then wash it with water until it is clean and drain 2. After the ginger is clean then crush it by crushing it 3. Boil the water until it boils over medium heat then add the crushed ginger and lemongrass 4. Wait a few minutes while stirring a little until you smell good 5. Add sugar and brown sugar while continuing to stir until the sugar dissolves 6. Cook a little more then turn off the heat and let it sit until it's warm 7.
